GREENWOOD – The Lander women’s golf team has signed its first recruiting class since being reinstated last August, as head coach Mark Riddle has brought in 10 players for the 2018-19 season. The Bearcats will be playing for the first time since the fall of 2015.

The incoming class features seven freshmen, two sophomores, and one junior.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to bring the Lander women’s golf program back and I couldn’t ask for a better recruiting class,” said Riddle. “I think the potential of these young ladies is very high. They will all be great ambassadors for Lander on and off the course.”
